People say nothing is impossible, but I do nothing every day.
—Winnie the Pooh, authored by A.A. Milne
Duff here. As I mulled over this Pearl of Wisdom, I realized I share the Same Perspective as the famous Winnie the Pooh. I watch people rushing Around in Circles every day. They are So Busy. Frenzied. Frenetic. Going To and Fro. Their faces are All Pinched Up. They never Smile or even have a friendly Word. No time to pat an Admirable Canine such as Myself. I wonder What They hope to achieve with their Quick Moves. So concerned about the Future, They forget the Present is rushing by. They are Stuck.
I specialize in Doing Nothing. I may take Frequent Naps, which is the Height of This State. I relax and Breathe Deeply. I may roll over a Time or Two but usually, Do Nothing. As Mom and I go for our Walks, We often do Nothing. Were You to watch us, you would say We meander or Sashay along. There’s no Agenda, no Important List to finish for the Day. Mom stops to Allow time for Me to Investigate. Or She takes a Picture of Something Pretty. Or an Amusing Sign. And then We continue on Our Way. Now, that’s living unstuck.
Are You busy doing Things? Or are You content to do Nothing at Times? For there are Times When Doing Nothing at All is exactly the Right Thing to do. And That is One of the Very Best of Those Times. Winnie the Pooh had it Right. I recommend it Highly. Live unstuck. #unstuckliving#relaxation
