Naps Are Underrated

Duff photoDuff again. As I nap off and on throughout the day, I revel in the ease of Slumber Land. To me, it’s one of the best things I can do for myself. This activity eases the problems of the day (like when I Ran Away from Mom when we were heading into work) and makes everything in my world all right. I am a Good Boy. Yet there are times when I can’t help Myself. I have to do what I think is best and be a Dog. And Sleep helps to release those negative faux pas. I live unstuck.

In my opinion, Naps are underrated. Sometimes, Mom may spend time until late at night, writing and reading to meet what she considers to be Important Deadlines. To me, they’re not much. I realize they put Kibble and Bits in the Doggy Bowl. But really, is it that Drop Dead critical? If she would space her time out more appropriately, she could Accomplish what she wants (and needs) to do. And if she could nap like Me, that would be a different story. She too could live unstuck.

How about you? Do you get the Shut Eye your body needs? Is your Schedule nonstop with no breaks for relaxation (or a Nap)? I highly recommend Power Naps, myself. Do you play hooky and run away from commitments at times to revel in what Life Has To Offer? I say: It’s time check out your schedule. No time like today. And the Life you want is yours for the Taking. Live unstuck. I do. #unstuckliving#benefitsofslumber

Two things are infinite: the universe and naps; and I’m not sure about the universe.
