Back! Back!

Duff here. The other day, Mom and I were sitting on a Friend’s porch, visiting away. The Day was warm, the breeze was Balmy, the Rustle of leaves delightful. Suddenly, two Friendly Dogs, tails Wagging, appeared on the other side of the Gate. I was Interested but Outnumbered, so I stayed in the Background. Definitely not unstuck.

Our Hostess went into Her House to let her neighbor know Her dogs were out. As She did so, She forcefully told her Dogs, “Back! Back!” for They wanted to come play with me. (See how popular I am?) I thought My Friend was talking to Me, so I started to back up. Further and Further. Until I was backed into the Corner with nowhere else to Go. I gave a whimper, just a small One, to Advise Mom of My predicament. She chuckled and gathered Me up and put Me on her Lap. Whew! Out of the doghouse. I was doing what I thought I was told to do. Misunderstood the message, that’s all. Living unstuck.

How about You? Have You ever followed a direction meant For Someone Else? Then laughed when You realized It wasn’t Yours to Deal With? That was My Dilemma. I say: Follow those Strong Suggestions to the best of Your Ability. I did, and All was well. In the End, I was Content. You can be too. Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#misunderstandings

They told me I didn't understand the assignment. I told them they didn't understand life.
