A New Trick

Duff here. Life was getting boring. Day in and day out? All the same. So I decided to mix it Up. Do Something different. Shake up the Norm. The new Trick goes like This: Mom gets ready for Work. If She’s not late, I don’t use this Technique. I sit by the Door, and when its Opens? Off We go. But there are Days when She’s finishing up yet “one more Thing.” And She’s late. That’s when I spring into action. Slowly, (very slowly,) I mosey over to my Water Dish. I take a long, leisurely drink. Living unstuck.

In the meantime, Mom has opened the Door. The Cold Air from Outside is pouring in. Note: Her Dad was big on conserving Energy, for It kept down the Bills. Also when She was growing up, there was a commercial demonstrating energy Loss. It featured an icebox filled with ping Pong balls. As the Door would open, They would fall out. (Her Dad thought This was a great example.) So, Mom pictures this Image in Her mind. I don’t care, for I’m in Control. She closes the Outside Door and waits. Now, that’s living unstuck.

How about You? Do You have Someone in Your life Who controls when You leave? Or does everything run smoothly in Your Home? I say: Do something different. You never know How it will work Out. Take it from Me . . . so far, so good. Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#a-new-trick

Life is always a matter of waiting for the right moment to act.
