Happy Heart Time!

Duff here. Valentine’s Day is on the way, with emphasis on Chocolates and flowers. Mushy songs of Love and Romance are broadcast everywhere. Folks walk into stores and What do they see? Red hearts. Squeezable teddy bears. Cards and treats. Sparkling balloons. All in red and white. I think St. Valentine went overboard when he first began this tradition. Little did He know . . . But He has lived unstuck through the centuries.

This is the time of Open Hearts and thoughtful Gestures. We Canines always have an Open heart, filled with Unconditional Love. If You need a snuggle or a spontaneous Wag of the Tail, We’re Yours. I heard about four young Men at school, away from Home for the first time. They were homesick for Their Pooches, and noticed a Dog next door whose Owner worked long hours. These Enterprising Fellows sent a note asking if They could be Surrogate Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters. The offer was accepted and Poof! Happy Hearts all around. Living unstuck.

How about You? Do You already have a Valentine? Or want to be One? I say: Open Your Heart. Touch the Folks around You. Fill them with Your kindness. That’s living unstuck. #unstuck-living#valentine’s-day

Money will buy you a fine dog, but only love can make it wag its tail.
