Warm Comfort
Duff here. Cold snaps are the Hallmark for this Winter. As You know, My first Sashay for the day is an eye opener. Mom and I scoot Out, moving swiftly to begin the search for the Perfect Spot. Once discovered, We hightail It back inside, grateful for our warm Home. Living unstuck.
The other Day the wind was Up and it was bitterly cold. Once inside, I was shivering from My Nose to My tail. Mom gathered Me up for a Cuddle or Two. After a while, I wanted to be Put on the Floor, for I am not a baby. Mom put the first Blanket on Me, but I needed More. On to a Heavier heated Towel. As She placed It on Me, I let out a Mighty Sigh. Now that’s the Height of Comfort. And This Little Pup was warm . . . finally. That’s the way I should be Treated. Living unstuck.
How about You? Has there been a Time when You were in need of Comfort? Did You get some support? Or did You provide it Yourself? I say: Either way, the Job is done and You get what You need. If it’s being tucked in with a warm Blanket? All the better. Heartwarming and comfortable. Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#warm-comfort
Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.
