The Trip Back Home
Duff here. We have been going through a heat Spell in these parts. Now, it may not be hot to some, but It was plenty warm for Me. But I digress. Mom and I were on Our morning saunter. I decided to extend the Journey, for there was So Much to explore and Scents to investigate. Out We went, perhaps further than We had ever gone before. Mom tried to coax Me into a turn around, but I was having None of it. I was living unstuck.
Finally, It was time to head back Home. But the Weather had turned Hot. We Canines already have Fur Coats on. Great insulation in Cooler Times, but a definite impediment for Warmer Weather. I walked slower. And Slower. Mom offered to pick me up, but I sprinted ahead, telling Her, “I am not a Baby.” But three feet further down the path, I turned around and said, “You can pick Me up now.” And so, She did. Living unstuck.
How about You? Set out on a Journey or Started a project, then realized You needed some Help? Or are You always self sufficient? I say: Adventure away. But It’s nice to have a Safety net, just in case. It doesn’t mean You’re lacking, but only indicates We all need each other. That’s living unstuck. #unstuck-living#safety-net
Remember, you alone get to choose what matters and what doesn't. The meaning of everything in your life has precisely the meaning you give it.
