I Love to Play
Duff again. You know, playing is a great pastime. When I enter this arena, the world’s my playground. And what I do is spontaneous. Mom is easily amused so I have a ready audience. Every now and again, I decide it’s time to run as fast as I can. “Run, run as fast as you can. You can’t catch me, I’m a Gingerbread Man.” Adene Nelson, my Doggy Mommy #1, says my daddy, Mr. Murphy, does the same thing. Brings down the house every time.
I run in circles in the parking lot at work. I run back and forth in the hallway. I “run fast” around the car. After the first two or three rounds, my mom says “Run fast!” and I do. When I get a bit tuckered, I walk off. The game is over for a time. But I can decide to pick it up any time I choose. I am filled with joyous abandon. I live unstuck.
How about you? Do you like to play? Are you light hearted? Bet you raced the neighbor kid down the block when you were young. How long has it been since you played? I say: start to play today. Not tomorrow. Today. It will change your outlook on the world. And I have found you won’t meet up with so many challenges. Live unstuck. #UnstuckLiving
