Hurry Up!

Duff here. The scenario: Mom and I get home from Work. She puts down Her Purse and other Paraphernalia. To My despair, She gets off track. Sometimes She moseys over to check emails. Or even has the Nerve to take off Her Coat. If I’m feeling impatient (or a Wee bit Hungry,) I let out a Small Bark. I have been told that for My Size, I have a Very Large Bark. This gets Her attention, and She begins to progress toward assembling Dinner. Finally, living unstuck.

However, the other Day I overdid Myself. Not only did I issue the “Hurry up Bark.” I also let out a small Yip as She was pulling My Meal together. I’ll tell you right now, that was a Big Mistake. She turned around. And seemed to grow to 10 feet tall. She stood in the Kitchen with Her hands on Her hips. (The Power Pose) I slunk over to My Bed and buried My Nose in My Towel. Message given and received. She made My meal, and I was grateful to get It. Living unstuck.

How about You? Have You become impatient with another? Or are You easy going and laid back? I say: Be very careful how You handle this type of Situation. I feared I would never Eat again for My Misbehaving. But Mom shrank to Her regular size, and all was well. Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#hurry-up

The speed in which a woman says "nothing" when asked "what’s wrong?" is inversely proportional to the severity of the oncoming storm.
