Dragons

It does not do to leave a dragon out of your calculations if you live near him.

—JRR Tolkien

Duff here. I was thinking about Dragons and such the other Day. Now, I haven’t ever seen one of these Creatures yet, but that doesn’t mean They aren’t Real. Mom showed Me pictures of some the other day, and said They are Larger than the Most humongous Canines We meet in Our travels. That’s plenty Big enough for Me. Living unstuck.

But I live near Pseudo Dragons. Passing Cars are one of Them. I kept trying My Luck and would make an attempt to Dash out in front of Them as They traveled By. Mom would hold tightly onto My leash as I paid no attention to My surroundings at all. Then She wised up. Now, as a Vehicle approaches, She secures me and says, “Car, car.” I learned to sit on that Command, for then I get petted and told what a Good Boy I am. And that’s living unstuck.

How about You? Do You have Dragons that live nearby? Or do You ignore Them until You happen to come across them? I say: Survey the landscape. Or the History of the Environment. You can never be too sure. And I’m here to tell you that yes, you can teach an old dog new tricks. Tail wags here. Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#life’s-calculations
