Cuddle Your Dog
Petting, scratching, and cuddling a dog could be as soothing to the mind and heart as deep meditation and almost as good for the soul as prayer.

Duff here. Newsflash for Those Not in the Know: Petting a Dog is Good for Your Heart And Your health. Your mind and Your Soul. Mom told Me the other day that When Someone strokes Their Dog (or Cat), blood pressure levels Drop. Any perceived Pain is decreased. Breathing slows and the Heart feels a lift. That’s living unstuck.
Mom cuddles Me every Morning. And here I thought It was to brush My Coat. To groom My Ears. To fluff My Tail. To get Me ready for the Day and be the Handsome Dude I am. But it turns out, It’s all for Her Benefit. Imagine! But it’s all good, for We both feel better after Our Morning Meet-and-Greet. Living unstuck.
How about You? Do You just rev up and get Busy, with Nary a glance at your Four Legged Companion? Or do You rise a bit earlier to Coo and Cuddle? I say: That early morning will fill Your Soul. The ritual is Beneficial for Both of You. And I’m all for You feeling Your best! Live unstuck. #unstuck-living#cuddle-your-dog
