Anger Management

Your mind is like this water, my friend; when it is agitated, it becomes difficult to see. But if you allow it to settle, the answer becomes clear.

—Master Oogway

Duff here. Cousin Sassy and Nephew Arthur are about 4 or 5 months old. They are a Handful! Running and playing. Tussling about. Biting Each other’s Ears. Chasing through the House. Then crashing to sleep when They have run out of Steam. (For which We are all grateful.) They are vivacious and Fun Loving, bringing some Delightful Antics into the World. Living unstuck.

However, There are Times when even a Puppy has had Enough. The Other Day, Nephew Arthur would not Stop. The Twosome had been romping and running for quite a While. And Arthur wanted to play on. Then Play more. Sassy thought It ridiculous and was getting a Bit Annoyed. Taking matters into Her Own Paws, She tackled Arthur. Then stilled Him by sitting on Him as She Considered the Situation. After a Time, She let Him up and They both fell asleep, Cuddled together like the Playmates They are. Living unstuck.

How about You? Do You get into a Tizzy over Situations and Such? Or are You calm and tranquil? I say: Take a Lesson from Cousin Sassy. When You begin to feel Irritated, take The Matter in Your own Hands. Speak a Word. Or Excuse Yourself. I’m not sure Sitting on Another would be the Way to go. However . . . Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#anger-management
