That Special Sound

Lil’ Toot here. Knock! Knock! Someone was at the door. I went ballistic, letting Mom know all about It, for I want to earn My Kibble and Bits. I would be One Sad Puppy if I didn’t fulfill My end of the bargain. Living unstuck.

It was My Favorite Neighbor! Mom was running an errand with Her, and I was tagging along. But first? I escaped. Running and diving. Dodging and weaving. I would qualify as a Running Back on the football field. Mom thought quickly, and reached for the Treat Bag. One sound of that Crinkle? I was putty in Her hands. Living unstuck.
