Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself
Don’t be so hard on yourself. The mom in E.T. (the movie) had an alien in her house for days and didn’t notice.

Duff here. I have many Opportunities to watch People. Since I’m a Dog, I seem Invisible. I tuck Myself away in a Corner and Observe what’s going on. I check People out as They drive down the Road. Such goings-on in My Small Town! Folks roar up behind Another and Quickly pass, Only to meet Their Buddy at the Next Stop Light. Amusing, to say the least. That’s being stuck.
To My point of View, the Biggest sticking Point? Being hard on Yourself. Never Good enough. Not as smart as Your Sister. (Not having anyone but Mom to compare Myself with, I’m A-Okay.) Slow to Catch on. Car a little older. A Smaller house than what You think You should have. You know the Drill. But You can turn those thoughts around and love Yourself. Just the way You are. Living unstuck.
How about you? Tough on Yourself? Or are You Good Enough? I say: Let up on Yourself. Enjoy the day. Remember to breathe. Celebrate the Seasons, for They seem to pass All too Quickly. Let Imagined Slights go, for they Won’t matter in the Long Run. Compliment Yourself for what went right. And leave the rest Behind. I’ll be with You as We skip down the Road, living unstuck. #unstuck-living#letting-go
