Doggie Doorbells

Lil’ Toot here. When Mom and I are at Work, We take a break over lunchtime. There are Lovely houses behind the office, and I like to check out the Scents left by Other Canines. The curious part is: As We begin the sashay, the Doggie Doorbells start up. When I round the Corner, Three dogs to the left begin to Bark. They are the Defenders of that Home. As We journey further up the road, there are two Canines on the right that join the Chorus. Even further, there is another Dog to the Left and a Big Shepherd at the end of the Road. (I make a U-turn before I get to His Place, as He is quite definite in His Territorial Bark.) Living unstuck.

I mind My own Business throughout all of this Commotion, for I am a Very Small Dog. A Lover, not a Fighter. I take in the warmth of the Sun, and leave the Uproar to the other Doggies. After all, They’re doing Their job as Doggie Doorbells. Living unstuck.

I wonder . . . Do You create a Stir wherever You go? Or are You in Stealth Mode, quietly minding Your own business? I say; The latter method is preferable, and expends far less Energy. However, some Situations call for a Voice. (Yes, I do so when defending My Own Home.) Live unstuck. #unstuck-living#doggie-doorbells

Be brave. Even if you’re not, pretend to be. No one can tell the difference.
