Boundaries
Hello! Duff here. The other day, I had the Good Fortune to visit a Large Piece of Property. It’s been such a long time since I roamed freely! There were Bunnies, Rabbits and Jackrabbits on the land. Birds aplenty were flocking in for food and water. I Waited . . . and Waited . . . and then pounced. How I chased them! Got my blood flowing once again, for Deep Within, I am a True Hunter. I lived unstuck.
Most important to learn, however, were the Boundaries of the Parcel. I wandered about, according to where My Nose led me. Hither and yon, over rocks and dry land Fissures. I covered it all. But when I came close to the Property Boundaries, my Mom would tell me, “No!” in no Uncertain Terms. I made a Quick Turn and headed in another Direction. I am learning: I am Safe in the Larger Piece of Land. And there are some Places I am not Allowed (translate that into “Can Not”) venture. A new way to live unstuck.
How about you? Do you have Boundaries beyond which you won’t go? Is this practice Self Imposed? Or does Someone Else work with you on This Endeavor? I say: Venture out as far as you want, especially where it’s safe. And if you get a head’s up that All is not Well, learn to back off and enjoy other arenas. Plenty of space to adventure and explore without exposing Yourself to Danger. I’m learning this process and am better off for it. You will be, too. Live unstuck. #unstuckliving#safeplaces
“No” is a complete sentence.
