A Sudden Awakening
The moment you flex your foot wrong and it cramps . . . and you think, “This is it. This is how it ends.”

Duff here. Ask Me how I know Mom agrees with This quote. The other Night, She and I were both slumbering away. Dreaming good dreams. I was ready to pounce on that Elusive Squirrel, and She was just asleep. Suddenly, I heard a Fast-Tapping Sound, almost like an Irish jig. It woke Me, and I simply didn’t know what was Going on. Not living unstuck.
I peeked around the Corner. And there was Mom, jumping and Dancing away. She was exercising like a Mad Woman. I knew It wasn’t the St. Vitus Day dance She saves for Mosquito season, so it had to be Something Else. Sure enough, She explained it was a Charlie Horse in Her Calf muscle. I kept looking for the Pony’s Tail and hooves, but She laughed and said This was different. It eventually went away, and the Night was Quiet again. Living unstuck.
How about You? Do You get leg Cramps? Or does Your Body function Perfectly? I say: Do anything You can to ward off those Leg Muscle Seizures. If not successful? Mom has Great dance steps She’ll share. Hmm . . . Living unstuck. #unstuck-living#leg-cramps
