Comforting a Friend
I can’t promise to fix all your problems but I can promise you won’t have to face them alone.

Duff here. Recently, I went to Doggy Day Camp and had a wonderful time. I kept Lori busy, for I wanted to play Outside. All the Time. She let Me into Her Luxurious Back Yard, where I checked out each and every Corner. Sniffed the Edges of Her Gardens to see Who had visited. A friend would be Fine. But the Dreaded Rabbit, eating Everything in sight? Not a Welcome Visitor. Living unstuck.
Most of All, I went to comfort My friend, Cambridge. We get along Well, running and Playing. Napping as the Need arises. Snacking at the appropriate Time. His Sister, Sophie, had crossed over the Rainbow Bridge and He was feeling Down Spirited. Sometimes, having a Friend around to hang out with, to Be There, is the Best. Not a lot of Conversation is necessary. Just My Presence was enough to comfort Him. Living unstuck.
How about You? What do You do for a Friend who is experiencing a Loss? Try to Distract Them? Or sit quietly, simply Being there? I say: Go for the Latter. Your Friend is comforted You are there, Caring for Them. Supporting Them. That’s living unstuck. #unstuck-living#comfort
